The demo for Dog's World is now available on Itch.io - Recently I participated in the October Steam Next Fest and I wanted to give itch users the same opportunity to play the demo for Dog's World. Dog's World is my first major project since The Nothing in 2018, and probably my last. I therefore want to make a big fuss about it as you might probably imagine.

Dog's World is still in active development, so this demo release is valuable for feedback without going down the route of early access, which I have historically not had good experiences with.

This will likely be my final major release, I am sadly not getting any younger and my priorities are a-changing. I have been fortunate in that my early projects received unexpected amounts of interest, however in recent years interest in my work has waned - the reasons for which are probably numerous, however the end result is that I can't justify putting in this kind of time and effort in projects that no one is interested in. I've had two major flops (Carpe Deal 'Em and The Nothing) and if this turns out to be the third then it's time for me to make my exit.

What it really boils down to is that I am happy to continue work whilst interest remains. As Fred Durst, voice of a generation, famously said - "If you don't care, then we don't care."

None of this is your problem however, although if you're reading this then you're probably already familiar with my games which I'm thankful for (thank you). I hope you'll give the demo a try, and that you enjoy your time with it.
