Toilet Nightmares

I've recently released Terror over Toilet Town, which is available on itch here; https://dddwares.itch.io/terror-over-toilet-town - This is the first time I've targeted in-browser as a platform and I think I prefer it. TOTT is a small game where you try to choose the least worst toilet out of a selection of ten.

I decided to make TOTT because I have a reoccuring dream very much like the game - Im trying to find an acceptable toilet to use but every one of them I find has got a problem - no paper, no lock, no door, no bowl(!) etc. etc. I was fed up about dreaming about this so I tried to excise it from my mind by making this game. Whether that works or not we shall have to wait and see.

Its a simple game of choice but I think it's good for at least a couple tries. It was completed in roughly two weeks and going forward I think this will be my modus operandi - I think for a solo dev, such as myself, the diminishing returns of spending longer on a project are becoming more and more apparent. In order to keep my moral up I think I'm going to just focus on smaller projects like this. At least the sunk cost is smaller.

I'm writing one of these here devlogs as I think itch is now most likely my best avenue to engage with people who enjoy my games - I always used to rely on twitter for that but it has become obvious there's no discoverability over there anymore.

Anyway, I hope you'll give the game a try, maybe even let me know what you think.
